Resource Pamphlet

Pamplets of this nature have a standard format. Two merit badges were selected because of they covered safety; Climbing, Whitewater. Four have been choosen based on relevancy to the environment. These have elements that can borrowed from or used as a jumping off point. The four that do not have sections on safety are also missing the "Note to Councelor" portion.
